I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, warm, clean, comfortable, and above all, quiet. However, it was so hot we had to sleep with the door open every night despite turning the heating off. The location was amazing, offering lovely spa facilities and direct access to the nearby gondola. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The only downside was that the rooms looked a little dated decor-wise.
