I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, warm, clean, comfortable, and above all, quiet. However, it was so hot we had to sleep with the door open every night despite turning the heating off. The location was amazing, offering lovely spa facilities and direct access to the nearby gondola. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The only downside was that the rooms looked a little dated decor-wise.
The hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional rooms that were not only spacious and well-equipped but also creatively decorated with towel animals and heart-shaped bed linens, giving a delightful touch to our stay. The service was top-notch, offering a range of amenities from housekeeping to ski equipment hire. The location was perfect for us, being right at the slopes with easy access to various facilities like saunas and pools. The dining experience was satisfying with a good selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at the hotel. The location was superb, right next to the lifts, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. However, the dining experience, though rich and varied, lacked English labels on some items.
